Evaluating Agreements


Evaluating an agreement means calculating the amount to be paid or to receive for this agreement. This can be done at any time as long as agreement is with status Released.

Evaluating Agreement

Evaluating an agreement can be done from the Agreement Card, select the Process menu, then the Evaluate action.

Once evaluation is done, if some sales or purchase entries have been populated, then detailed value amount should be updated.

Checking Evaluation

Evaluation details can be checked on two ways.

Check should be done at agreement line level, using Line menu.

  1. Checking Detailled Entries

Detailled Entries will provide a full picture of sales or purchase lines that have been populated in the agreement evaluation.

  1. Checking Agreement Value Entries

Value Entries will provide a detail period per period of the agreement distribution base and evaluation calculation.
